Concrete Walkway and Drainage Installation on East Greenwood Ave in Haddon Township, NJ

James from East Greenwood Ave in Haddon Township, NJ contacted Concrete Works NJ to replace his old paver walkway around the house with a new concrete service walk and improve water drainage along the foundation.
Here’s what we did:

Removed the paver walkway along the side and back of the house

Installed a new concrete walkway tight to the foundation to help keep water away

Replaced the back door landing and tied in a small patio area at the rear of the house

Installed downspout drains to direct water away from the home, with pop-up drains in the front yard and near the gate

Added clean-outs for easy maintenance of the drainage system
James was very happy with the final result—a solid, functional walkway and an improved drainage system that protects his home.
