Deb’s home in Laurel Springs needed a full driveway replacement and better water management. Our crew removed the old concrete and installed a new 10.25×45 driveway, rebuilding the base for strength and longevity. The surface was properly graded to direct runoff away from the garage and foundation.
To improve accessibility, we installed a 3-foot-wide concrete service walk connecting the driveway to the backyard gate, blending smoothly with the existing concrete behind it. For drainage, a new downspout system was installed — complete with a cleanout, 10 feet of Schedule 40 PVC piping, and a pop-up drain to move water efficiently into the yard.
This project combined durability, function, and precision to enhance both the look and performance of the property.
