Gary needed a durable new driveway and better water management for his Oaklyn home. We removed the existing driveway and rebuilt over 1,000 square feet of concrete with a compacted dense-graded aggregate base for strength and longevity. The new layout included saw cutting and grading away from the house to ensure proper drainage.
To address water issues, we installed two independent downspout drains with cleanouts and pop-up emitters, directing runoff safely into the side yard. This combination of a stronger driveway surface and upgraded drainage system will help protect Gary’s property for years to come.
