Customer Spotlight: Lauren from Audubon, NJ – Concrete Sidewalk & Service Walk Replacement

Lauren’s corner property in Audubon needed a full sidewalk replacement on both of her frontages. Our crew removed and replaced 4 x 77 feet of sidewalk along S. Barrett Ave, 4 x 135.25 feet along W. Merchant St, and installed a 4 x 6.5 service pad at the curb. Any tree roots encountered were placed at the curb for township debris pickup.
We also replaced the main front service walk and the left-side service walk, widening the side path to 3 feet for improved accessibility. All concrete against the home was properly graded away from the foundation to improve drainage and prevent water issues.
The new concrete layout ties perfectly into the rear walkway, creating a clean, safe, and cohesive flow across the entire property.
