Mike’s Delran property needed more parking space and a low-maintenance area behind the home. Our crew installed an 11.75×25 concrete driveway extension, running from the sidewalk to the 25-foot mark and placed neatly along the fence line for maximum width.
We also poured a 5.25×15.5 concrete trash can pad behind the house, grading the surface away from the foundation for proper drainage. After checking the slope, we confirmed a window well wasn’t needed — ensuring a smooth, functional finish while keeping water safely directed away from the home.
The result: a durable, clean, and cohesive upgrade that adds convenience and long-term value.
