Customer Spotlight: SJ Home Rentals from Mount Holly, NJ – Concrete Service Walk Replacement

SJ Home Rentals needed a new concrete service walk along the left side of their Mount Holly property. Our team removed the old walkway and poured a new 5.5-foot-wide section from the sidewalk, transitioning to 4 feet wide along the building’s bump-out. The walkway ends with a 4×4 radius curve that allows for smooth access around the AC unit.
To ensure long-term durability, we raised the concrete along the foundation to direct water away from the building and knocked down remnants of old cinder blocks that posed trip hazards. We also replaced a previously patched section of sidewalk at the street for a uniform, professional look from start to finish.
