Project Details
Stephen’s home in Cinnaminson needed a full-scale concrete renovation for improved function, drainage, and accessibility. Our crew removed the existing driveway and installed a new 20×33.5 concrete surface, widened to the right and extended across the top for more usable space. The base was rebuilt to ensure stability and proper grading.
We replaced the 6-inch-thick concrete sidewalk and driveway apron, installed a 31-foot concrete curb, and added front and side service walks that lead directly to the front door and backyard gate. Behind the fence, we poured a 12.5×11 concrete service area pad with a centered 3.5-foot-wide step for easy entry.
To protect the property from water buildup, we installed two new downspout drainage systems — each featuring a cleanout, Schedule 40 PVC piping, and pop-up drains that release water safely into the side yard.
This complete concrete renovation provided strength, precision, and seamless connectivity across the entire property.
