Here’s what we completed:

Installed foundation skirting along the right side of the house, sloped away for proper drainage

Removed and replaced the driveway, straightened the edges, and widened it for better access

Rebuilt the service walk and front porch step, ensuring proper height for safe entry

Installed a pop-up drain system connected to the front downspout to manage rainwater

Poured a concrete patio/service area behind the gate and filled in the area next to the steps

Installed another pop-up drain system at the back of the property to move water away from the home
-
Set a shallow window well provided by the homeowner
