New Front Steps, Landing, & Service Walk

Matthew, a homeowner on South White Horse Pike in Audubon, NJ, reached out to us for a major front entryway upgrade. He needed new front steps, a top landing, and a service walk leading from his front door to the sidewalk.

For this project, we:
Braced the overhead roof, ensuring all supports were placed outside the work area
Installed a brand-new set of front steps
Constructed an 8′ x 5′ top landing, ensuring a proper step-down from the door
Built three 5.75′ wide steps with 12″ treads, centered on the front door
Set post hole footings as needed, with extra reinforcement at the two outside corners for post stability
Replaced the service walk from the front door to the sidewalk
Parged the entire front foundation, removing old parging, installing wire mesh, and applying two coats of mortar for a clean and finished look

The end result? A durable, beautifully upgraded front entryway that enhances both safety and curb appeal. Matthew was excited and thrilled with the transformation!
