Stamped Concrete Patio and Walkway Transformation in Cherry Hill, NJ

Project Details

Marcos, a resident of Belle Arbor Drive in Cherry Hill, reached out to Concrete Works with a plan to replace a substantial portion of his backyard with Stamped Concrete. However, during a consultation with our estimator, it became evident that his initial concept would surpass the allowable impervious coverage limit for his property.

In response to this challenge, Marcos engaged with Cherry Hill Township and acquired an existing property survey for accurate details. Armed with this precise information, our estimator collaborated with Marcos to design an appealing Stamped Concrete Patio and Walkway, featuring a Slate Pattern, while ensuring compliance with the 40% maximum impervious coverage rule.

To further enhance strength and durability, Marcos opted to integrate Steel Wire Reinforcement into the project. Additionally, for effective water management, the plan included the installation of 3 Downspout Drains. This thoughtful approach not only addressed regulatory requirements but also contributed to the longevity and functionality of the Stamped Concrete features.
